Foosball is played by “serving” the ball through a hole at the side of the table, or placing at the feet of one of the figures in the center. Players manipulate their mounted figures by rotating the bars, attempting to kick the ball toward the opponent’s goal. The winner of a Foosball game is decided when a certain number (five, ten, or eleven) of goals are reached.
The types of Foosball tables can run the gamut, but most tables are around four feet long and two feet wide. Tables typically have 8 rows of “players”, made out of plastic, wood, metal, or even carbon fiber depending on the table.
